Achieving Steady State.
Our practice centers on the philosophy of achieving a steady state, or a state of high efficiency and optimal operation. Specifically, we utilize our foundational knowledge and experience of the human body to work to accomplish goals in line with optimizing clients’ functional capacity and achieving improvements in their efficiency of movement. To attain these goals more thoroughly, we do not operate under and thus do not accept insurance.
With consideration of all physical body systems in combination with the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of being, we will work together with clients to operate at a prime state of equilibrium and health whether relevant to rehabilitation from injury or otherwise.
A client can expect manual techniques as needed in conjunction with 1-on-1 coaching of individualized and client-specific functional exercise training to attain and maintain the desirable steady state flow of wellness and living.
